How do these appointments work?Book an appointment on our patient portal First step is to click on our booking link and choose the location and service you would like (If you need a time or day that is outside of listed availability, please reach out to us and ask if we have availability for the time you need. We may be able to accommodate this need. You will receive an email and text to confirm your appointment Your nurse injector will reach out to you with a phone call or text to confirm your address and appointment. We come to you Your free facial assessment and consultation can be performed days prior or at the same time of Botox or filler injection We come to your home to perform your Botox, filler or IV infusion. If you do not feel comfortable with us coming to your home please reach out to let us know so other arrangements can be made. Safe and evidence-based practice Before your procedure the nurse will go over your medical history, consents and facial assessment (if applicable) We use safe and sterile equipment and medication to perform your procedure. Safe and aseptic technique is performed every time. Checkout & Follow Up Checkout is performed on site - we currently take credit, debit or cash. We also take Cherry financing! If you would like to utilize the financing payment option, you will need to be approved prior to your injection- this takes approximately one minute via their website. Follow up: For our aesthetic procedures, our nurse injector will follow up with you via phone within 3 days of your procedure and in person 2 weeks after your injection. But please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns before that.

What does concierge mean?This means we come to perform Botox, filler or IV infusions in the comfort of your own home. We bring all our supplies, equipment and expertise to you!

Is there an extra cost for concierge service?No extra travel cost within 1 hour of Grand Rapids and Ludington area

Do you do financing?We use Cherry Financing! If you plan to use Cherry, you need to be approved prior to your injection; this takes approximately one minute via their website.

Do you participate in Allé Rewards Program?Yes! We do! Use your Alle points with us!

How does Botox work?Botox attaches to and blocks acetylcholine receptors which prevents the muscle from working and continuing to etch wrinkles into the skin. This is a temporary effect

How long does Botox take to work?Botox takes 1-4 days to set in and 14 days to see the full effect. We refrain from doing any refinements until 2 full weeks have passed.

How long does Botox last?Botox lasts 2-6 months. Most people will see a fading effect after 3 months. If you are looking to improve wrinkles and prevent re-etching we recommend getting Botox treatment every three months until you are in a maintenance phase which can take 1-2 years to achieve. Once you are in a maintenance phase, we recommend receiving Botox treatment every 4-6 months.

Is Botox safe?Yes, Botox is one of the safest neurotoxins on the market with over 6,000 peer reviewed studies on its use, safety and efficacy. Botox has FDA approval for treating the frontalis (forehead), glabellar region (11s), lateral canthal lines (crow’s feet) and the platysma bands of the neck. The risk of adverse effects are rare.
